Anu Shrivastava

I am a postgraduate in Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, DU. I like helping individuals and empowering them with the knowledge and tools to make informed dietary choices that promote long-term well-being. Before this, I  worked as a diabetes educator, undertook data collection and counseling for a research project, and did an internship in clinical nutrition at Max Hospital. Now, working at FHTS will bring me many steps closer to my goal of working in the field of Nutrition Informatics and research and helping underprivileged communities improve their nutritional outcomes through evidence-based nutritional practices.
