The m-health application was designed for self-care management of type 2 diabetes and keeping the patient at the core, the application was designed, human-centered focusing on comprehensive self-care management, which included, daily dairy, nutrition, food update, exercise, medicine intake, and nutrition informatics to support for improving self-care management adherence to self-care activities.
